What does the participation fee include?

  • 3-days participation at the Conference (June, 18 – 20, 2026), access to all Scientific Sessions.
  • Publication of accepted abstracts as conference proceedings with ISBN.
  • Possibility to be considered for the publication on special issues of high level scientific journals
  • Welcome Reception
  • Hospitality during the Scientific Program of the Congress (Lunch and coffee breaks).
  • Congress Materials (Program at a Glance, Badge), downloadable eBook of Abstracts, Extended Scientific eProgram.

DySES Polices

  • Participation. Each speaker may present one paper only. In the event that multiple papers with the same authors are accepted, each paper may be included in the conference programme only upon registration and payment of the conference fee by a different co-author, who is not already acting as a speaker for another paper.
  • Accompanying person’s registration includes: Welcome Reception; Coffee-Breaks and Lunches during the Conference; Conference dinner and Social Activities.
